Reset Ipad

How do I reset my ipad with a company app that keeps popping up and it will not let me exit out of the program. and it was giving to me after i left the company and got promoted to a higher status.

iPad Mini 5th General Unavailable - How do I reset it? I am trying to reset (keep esim) a company iPad for a new hire. The employee before, changed the password, and after numerous attempts we have locked the iPad prompting an error "iPad unavailable'. We unassigned the previous employee from the unit but all that did was remove the device from our Managed devices in apple business. I am not finding a phone number or email that I can use to contact apple support directly and am at a loss of how to handle this. The new employee will be starting in a week. Is this not salvageable? I NEED MY IPAD RESET TO FACTORY SETTING i having soo much problem with them unlocking my ipad..i need it back to the factory setting ..i have all my receipts where n when it was purchased...

Your iPad is likely centrally managed by your IT Department. You’ll need to seek assistance from the System Administrator that manages your IT equipment.
