I’m trying to get the network lock off of an old iPhone 7 plus. I was told it could take up to 72hrs and it’s been over a week. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Who do I contact to remove a network lock after it has been entered to the network to be removed. I have waited a week to start using my new device.

PLEASE help! what can i do about this?! it never should have been on my iphone to begin with, so i just really need & want it removed and deleted permanently... BUT IT IS CURRENTLY IMPOSSIBLE! anybody who can help PLEASE!!!! i am begging 🙏🏼 and thank you, in advance, to anyone who can help me find resolve for this very difficult and loooong overdue (it’s been at least 2-3 years i’ve had this issue with no resolution) issue! You’ll have to work with the carrier on this. Apple doesn’t unlock devices. The carrier does.
