However......if the battery has run down to zero, then the phone cannot send out a signal.
Hmmm…. I was under the impression that was specific to the 12 and later.
I wonder if what you’re seeing is true or if displaying that is a ‘bug’…
If you get the chance, see if it’s locatable when it’s off… I’m curious.
Yep, thanks for the catch, although my iPhone 11 running iOS 16.5.1 indicates that...."iPhone Findable after Power Off" next to the slider to power off the phone.
