Need help since I don’t have the login to cancel the subscription but every month I get charged 40 dollars for something nobody is using and there is no customer service center I can call the online help center needs an email and password that I don’t have .
please help.

OK, that’s important information. You initiated the subscription through the Shopify app. Here’s how you need to proceed. Apple Support Community does not have access to your personal or financial information.

When you contact Apple Support, they may be able to stop your subscription. However, you can turn off the subscription your self. Please read and follow the steps in the support article linked below.
