Not able to use Apple ID and iCloud on iphone 13

Not able to use Apple ID, iCloud on iPhone 13. It is greyed out. Apps are not getting sync because of it.

Pls help me in this issue.

Do you have any restrictions on your phone? If you do, it is possible that changes to accounts has been disabled.
