Why does CarPlay continue to disconnect on my 22 RAV4

Just got an escalated case handler at Apple, he suggested disconnecting the CarPlay app itself from both phone and car and starting all over again not just with Bluetooth and connection but with the whole CarPlay app itself and that brought the phone and car connection back. We'll see how it works next time I get in and out of the car…

Yes, volume up, the volume down, then hold the side button until you see the Apple logo. Then your iPhone should reboot.

None of that works. Reboot phone, turn car off turn car on, disconnect Bluetooth, restart Bluetooth, every time I get in the car it randomly loses CarPlay with my brand new iPhone 14.
