I’ve tried everything to update my iPad and it’s not working and for some reason only ipados 16.1 is showing and not ipados 16.5.1

Here’s some pictures of what it looks like on a MacBook when I try to update it from there it says that it’s already updated but my ipad says otherwise and I even tried deleting the software update from the storage section (the software update is less than a mb for some reason) and that too didn’t work any advice?

the only quick solution that I can think of is to delete the software update on the iPad, and hard restart it. To do this:

"Press and quickly release the volume button nearest to the top button. Press and quickly release the volume button farthest from the top button. Press and hold the top button. When the Apple logo appears, release the top button" (Force restart iPad - Apple Support). This does not delete any data, it simply forces the iPad to restart immediately, hopefully clearing any caches or unwanted/unused temporary data that is preventing your iPad from properly updating.
