Apple has a trade-in program. To see how much store credit (if any) they will offer you, you need to enter your Mac's serial number, and answer some questions about its condition.

They might only offer to recycle your Mac for free.

If you mean a one for one trade with your old Mac for a different one, no. Apple doesn't do swaps.
