How long does it usually take for communityhosts@apple.com to respond to requests regarding problematic posts?

It is my understanding that the Hosts will review th post and make their decision. They will not necessarily respond to you. If the post remains after a day or two, I would take that as meaning that the Hosts have decided it falls within the terms of use.

Other than that, the hosts have the final word and do not tell us why the make the decisions they do.

Thank you! And I did not realize until seeing an old post that this is strictly a user run forum, with no Apple employees.
Apple does own and operate this forum, and Apple employees moderate it. But it almost entirely user-to-user help. The only exception are the occasional responses from Community Specialists, who are Apple employees.
