How to stop update notifications on my iPhone?
Why do I have to do this like stop sending me notifications just to update my phone it’s getting on my nerves!!

Are you sure they are real? I haven't updated my phone as high as it could go and I don't get messages from Apple. There's a long-term red button near my Settings icon telling me there's an update but that's it.
Scams (e-mail, text messages, and phone calls) are getting very good at closely imitating true Apple communications. Always be cautious. These support articles have some guidelines:
