If I use transfer directly from previous iPhone will it also transfer everything I don’t have backed up on my iCloud from my old phone as well ?

yess I’m trying my best to have everything backed up! i also have another question if you don’t mind, will it also transfer my network provider and phone number or do I have to go somewhere for that to be done ?

Yes, the backup will transfer everything that is compatible with your new phone. In rare instances, some apps are no longer supported on newer models so those will not transfer. However, for the most part, everything should transfer. the only issues that I have run into in the past is that my mail accounts may need to be logged into again.
