AirPods Pro
Hi there! Based on the model information that you have provided, you have the 1st Generation AirPod Pros. You can find authentic apple replacement ear tips using this link: AirPods Pro (1st generation) Ear Tips - 2 sets (Large) - Apple
As for the shape of the speakers themselves, they appear to be slightly deformed. As such, it may be difficult to find ear tips that will provided the seal necessary for Noise Cancellation.

A2084 is the original AirPods Pro (1st generation). Go to the Apple Store web page, in the Search box type AirPods Tips and it should take you to the replacements. I'll try to paste here, but I'm not sure if it will display the correct version for the Apple Store wherever you live in your local currency. If you want to order it would be best to do a new search.

I ordered from the apple site, twice, and the tips don’t work, because of the protruding ear piece, that you’re supposed put on them.
That comment made me go look at my Gen1 AirPods Pro which are detected as A2084 when I look in my iPhone's Settings/Bluetooth/(pick AirPods). They look rather different to yours, which raises some doubt about the identity of your AirPods. It might be an illusion from the photo but the stems on yours look longer, and the tip attachment is way different as you have commented.
I suggest you use the identify AirPods doc I linked above as a guide to find model and serial numbers. Find and compare the electronic and physical serial numbers, then put the number into Apple's checking tool to see what Apple thinks you have.

This has reached the limit of my ability to help over an internet link. I think the only useful option for you now is to either find an Apple Store and setup a Genius Bar appointment, or at least begin the process and talk to Apple's paid support team. It may need a bit of patience to explain the problem,
Looks legitimate.
