iPad messages to and from Android phone stopped working
My iPad will not send or receive messages from my sisters Android phone. My iPhone has no problem. This started Monday

It sounds as if text message forwarding has gotten turned off. On your iPhone, go to Settings>Messages>Text Message Forwarding and select your iPad. Both devices need to be signed into the same Apple ID.
