Troubleshooting Flashlight:

Try This - Disable then Enable Cameara:

Go to: Settings
Tap: Screen Time
Tap: Content & Privacy Restrictions
Enter: Keycode
Tap: Allowed Apps
Tap: Camera (So it is Green-Colored)

B. Restart iPhone:

Go Here: Restart your iPhone - Apple Support
