Hi Ju$tin,

Thanks for asking the Apple Support Communities about issues with Safari on your iPhone. We're happy to help.

Start by updating to iOS 16.5.1: Update your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support

If you already are updated, a simple restart has fix many different things before, try that next: Restart your iPhone - Apple Support

If you still need help, please check the info and troubleshooting here next: If Safari isn't loading websites or quits on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

If you still have issues, more information will be necessary in order to provide specific suggestions for your concern. To that end, here are a few things to try or answer to aid future replies to your post:

1) You included a screenshot but did not indicate what site or sites this behavior impacts. Is text missing from all pages or only specific ones?

2) If you tap and hold in the area where you expect text to display, is it selected for copying and related functions? This may help indicate if the issue is a matter of text color vs. missing text.

3) If you tap the "Aa" icon in the upper-left of your Safari window and choose "Request Desktop Website" or "Request Mobile Website", does the page show differently and as expected?

4) If you open the page in a different browser on your device, is the result different?

This information will help isolate the behavior further and potentially identify the factors causing your text to not show as expected.

Regards.
