I would like to buy a MacBook in japan with ANSI keyboard (US version).
I saw there is an option to choose the keyboard. Is this option is just changing the setup language of keyboard software or allowed us to choose the changing physical layout of the keyboard.
Since I would like to have ANSI keyboard, guide me where to order. Thanks.

Those options refer to the physical layout. (Keyboard software settings cover many dozens of options).
In the Japanese online store you order the US English option.
