There is an issue trying to update iPad they give me notice of error.
iPad Air, iOS 12
Bearing in mind that an iPad Air 1st generation cannot support iOS versions past 12.5.7, because of hardware (CPU/RAM) incompatibility, what error message are you getting when you try to update it?
