Hi everyone,
I ve got an email stuck in my inbox for several months now that just wont be deleted. This happens only on my icloud email, not the Mail app where it has been deleted.
Any ideas how to get rid of that? I m running OS Catalina, 10.15.7

When the SMTP server is unavailable, Mail stores your messages in the Outbox and tries sending them again later.
To have Mail show other servers that are available to send messages, deselect the tickbox.
Hi there,
The email is stuck in the inbox, it's a mail I received from a telecommunications company which I cannot move to the trash folder and delete. Will check the links though in case I can change something there.
