You need to get USB-A to USB-C adapter like following.
I have 2 usb 3 ports and 2 Thunderbolt usb 4 ports. The problem is I am not technical and don't know what I need to connect with a usb flash drive (sandisk) so that I can view images and video from my CCTV system to check they have copied OK
