The only way to overcome that is to put a thin sheet of paper between the screen and the keyboard. Some people have even used silicone iSkin covers that are designed for specific keyboard layouts. If you do, you have to be careful not to overextend the hinge closing the screen, and to do so only when the computer is completely shut down. You wouldn't want the computer to wake up on its own because it either thinks the lid is not completely shut, or some erroneous clamshell mode setting as that could lead towards overheating in transit.
Your hand's oils get on the keys and rub off on the screen itself. The screen itself is not easily cleaned, and I would not use any liquid cleaners. Depressing the screen in any manner could damage the little LEDs on the screen. Bring it in to an authorized service center to make sure it is cleaned correctly, and follow their directions.
We are just end users here.
