Your iPhone 6 can only run up to iOS 12. Some apps require a higher iOS version than that (e.g., Instagram requires iOS 13.4 or later). If you want to run those apps you will have to buy a device that can run a newer iOS version.

You may find you can use a web browser to get access to those services instead.
