Swollen battery on my Series 3 Applewatch has lifted the face.

I have seen on a number of sites that Apple has extended its 2 year warranty to 3 years for swollen batteries on Apple watches. Can you confirm this please.

Screen raised after charging My screen raise after charging, this happen after a year use and now the replacement happen again after a year. Is this really standard life of the battery for this watch? Will I get charged for this fix?
