Add To Device option from Apple Music app on Mac

How do you add local music to the iPhone from Mac now?

Has 'Add To Device' option been removed?

I do hope this isn't an attempt by Apple to tie people into the Apple Music streaming service.

I've been using the iPhone for my own music collection since the beginning.

It will be a sad day if the inventor of the iPod has taken the step to stop people adding their own music in a greedy attempt to have them sign up for Apple Music and only use that as their choice for listening to music on the iPhone.
