Safari has no option to email a page link

So I setup my new Mac mini. It's great btw. When working in Safari, I am trying to Email a page link to someone when I go to the regular "box with up arrow" at the top it only pulls up a choice to Message a page link. No copy, or email or anything other than message. How can I fix this? I have looked at both Safari and Mail settings and do not see anything related to this. Thanks. Lisa

This is my screen. See Mail is missing. When I go to Settings>Privacy>Sharing. I see all these listed with checks but there is no check on Mail and I am "locked out" of being able to check this.?

Everything was working fine on set up but I had to deinstall mail and readd mail account bc it stopped letting me send mail at all. This was an issue on my old Mac as well, so I believe some setting has carried over at the initial time of setting up my Mini and some setting must have carried forward but I see no way in mail to fix this.

But your screenshot has that Email icon which is like my iPhone. I can email weblink directly in one click. If yo look at my screenshot there is no Email extension (except via Gmail). I want to email from my Apple mail. Do you know how to make the Apple mail extension appear in my drop down menu. That's what I am asking. Also that drop down gives me no way to Copy the page. When I click on "Other" at the last, nothing is there. Like I said, it worked fine at first and now it is not. thanks for your help

OK just tried this and your instructions above have the Mail icon but mine does not. That's what I am missing. I can see mail on the Extension drop down menu BUT there is no way to click on it. I think this is where the problem lies. Mail is set up as my primary mail (I do not have Gmail set up at all). I think I have 30 day free calling to Apple so I may try to do this.
