All but one of my home screen icons disappeared. Restarting my iPhone 13 pro did not bring them back. Fortunately, I discovered that my multiple power on home screen photos had something to do with this. So I have 3 home screen photos in the background on power up, but only 2 of the three contain my home screen icons. Is there a way to attach these icons so that all my home screen photos contain the same set of icons?
I have discovered that when you customize your lock screen there is a link at the bottom of the screen to "focus". In my case "focus" was selected on the 3 lock screen that led to the home screen that contained all my icons. The photo that did not make that connection displayed "personal" instead of "focus". When I changed that to focus I achieved the same result as I did for the other photos. So problem solved.

Thanks for your reply. I'm not sure it directly affects what I am doing, but I need more time to read your reference to know if it does. I have a set of apps that appear on 3 of 4 home screens. I would like to copy the whole set at once instead of one app at a time to the empty home screen. I can live with it the way it is since I know I am good with 3 of the 4.
