Super Mario Bros problem with AAC Audio track

Hi,

I am from Bulgaria and bought Super Mario Bros.

In my country the trailer is in Bulgarian and in the description of the movie it shows there is a Bulgarian audio track as well.

But when I purchased and try to select the language, I see only English and English AD.

Can you help?

Hi All,

I will give you the solution.

It looks like that the trailer does not link up to the actual audio track of the movie you are purchasing. Just like in the case with Italian and Bulgarian and even Czech.

Scenario is:

  1. You have the trailer in your desired language
  2. You see your desired language as available in the audio tracks before purchasing
  3. You purchase the movie and only get English audio track
  4. The solution provided by the specialist above does not help in the case
  5. The solution is:
  • to ask for refund first
  • wait for another week and buy again
  • check language audio track - if available - enjoy - if not repeat

Final conclusion is that, there is someone who has not uploaded each track per movie and only kept the original audio of it. That is why we are not able to select our desired audio track.

Now, 1 month later, the Bulgarian audio track for Mario is available and I can listen to it.

Cheers,

Hi Zt4cy,

Thank you for posting in the Apple Support Community. To change the language to your preference on your Apple TV, follow the steps below:

  1. "On a Siri Remote or Apple TV Remote, press the Play/Pause button while watching a video to bring up the playback controls. Or on a remote for a smart TV, streaming device, or game console, press the button that brings up the video timeline.
  2. Use your Siri Remote or Apple TV Remote to swipe up and select the Audio button . Or use your smart TV, streaming device, or game console remote to navigate to the Audio button .
  3. Choose the audio language that you want."
  4. Audio Language options in the Apple TV app on Apple TV, smart TV, and streaming device

You can find these steps and additional options in the article Change subtitles or languages for videos in the Apple TV app or iTunes Store. If that doesn't work, you can request a refund using the steps here: Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple.

Cheers!
