New appleID
I’ve already created a new appleID but I can’t change it the old appleID is still popping up what can or should I do Apple care can not figure out out either.

It may be that you have apps downloaded with the Apple ID you no longer intend to use. When updates are available for apps, you'll need to sign into the account they were downloaded with.
Remove any apps downloaded with that Apple ID, and redownload them with the Apple ID you intend to use moving forward.
