mac restarting because of a problem.

i’m a music producer and use apollo twin, everytime i close my computer with my uad still plugged in i’ll open later to a restarted because of a problem message, and i look at the report and something about uad is always in there. i updated all uad software thinking it would work but it didn’t. i think it was fine when i unplugged my apollo tho. is this i problem i should bring my mac into for apple to look at?

When the mac wake up , it restart I just installed Sonoma 14.2 from 12.4 the problem occurred 3 months ago this is a hardware problem ? thanks
