I can’t send texts to people who don’t have an iphone

After the latest update, I can’t send texts to people who don’t have any iPhone. I tried restarting my phone but it still doesn’t work right.

Sending texts to non-iPhone users is done using SMS. SMS is a cellular carrier function. Seek their assistance.
