Apple Music Smart Playlist Creation Problem

Goal: Create a smart playlist which has songs from multiple playlists.

Scenario:

As per the above screenshot, if I select multiple playlists as a source to create a smart playlist then the created playlist does not contain any songs. However, when only one playlist is selected then the smart playlist has all the songs from that playlist.

Desired behaviour: When multiple playlists are selected as per the rules in screenshot, the generated smart playlist should contain the songs from all the playlist.
