I don’t know how to get back into my Apple Watch because my old phone broke and it was connected to that iPhone and I got a new one and I don’t know how to connect to my new phone

if it was me then I would go here How to pair your Apple Watch with a new iPhone - Apple Support

and scroll down to section "If you don't have your old iPhone or you erased it"
