Change birthdate for my child from above 13 to under 13.
I created my child Apple ID but chose the in-corrected birthdate (above 13). How can I change my child 's birthdate to under 13? Please advise!

You will have to contact the official Apple Support about that.
Give them a call by choosing the phone number for your region from this Apple page:
