My Apple Music subscription expired before time

I purchased Apple Music for 1 year. And it's not up to a year and it's stated that it has expired. I don't understand why

Go here and see if is it shown in your Subscriptions:

  1. Go To: Settings
  2. Tap: [your name] (on top of screen)
  3. Tap: Subscriptions

From looking at your helpful screenshot, what i can see is you Purchased a Subscription for Apple Music Annual for 109$ on march 30, 2023, and is not expected to expire until March 30, 2024. Correct? but you are being told that it has already expired?


if so, could you please help me by sending a screenshot of that error or message that you are getting that states that the subscription is expired?

in the meantime, please do not worry, as this may be a slight mis-interpreted error that can be fixed.

i realised that you sent a screenshot that contains some sensitive information such as your full name and address, and on the community website, we try to refrain from sharing anything that may be sensitive to each and everyone here. so what i recommend is you try to remove that screenshot to protect your privacy and in future, please cover or hide any information that may be private. these are main safeguarding points from apple itself. for more information on staying private, please see this link > Privacy - Apple

Good job on reminding the OP to refrain from posting screenshots/images of personal info on a public forum!


Also, (and you probably know this already,) when you reach level two, you will be able to report these screenshots (and other issues you see) to the moderators, and they may remove the images shortly after!
