Apple Calendar deleting and changing events

On my Mac Book Air Ventura 13.4, the Apple Calendar sometimes deletes events on its own. Also, when I enter an all-day event at the top of a column, the Apple Calendar often changes it to a 24-hour event that covers the entire day.

I know several people with the same equipment, and none of them have this problem, so I think it must somehow be a problem with mine. Is there a way to reboot the app, delete all events, reinstall it, and try again? Or is there some other way to fix this problem?
