I misplaced my brand new iPhone 14 that hasn’t been signed in and has no sim but was connected to my hotspot before it got misplaced, but it got connected anytime I step into my car and it shows the iPhone to iPhone connection but now I doubt it cause I searched everywhere and couldn’t find it, is it possible for my hotspot to connect to my car and still show the iPhone to iPhone connection?

We are sorry to hear about your iPhone being lost. Without being signed in to Find My with your Apple ID, it will not be possible to locate the device.
