Contacts missing from all contacts
How do I restore my contacts to my iPhone when I go to all contacts

We would like to see how we can help you with your missing contacts. Did you recently make any changes to email accounts that are connected to your contacts? If so, this may be the cause. Check out the steps in this link and let us know if you were able to restore them from iCloud: If you accidentally deleted your calendars, bookmarks, or contacts from iCloud - Apple Support
"Restore your contacts or bookmarks from an earlier version
- Sign in to iCloud.com.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the window, then select Data Recovery.
- Select Restore Contacts or Restore Bookmarks.
- Select Restore next to the date before you deleted the content.
- Select Restore again to confirm. After the restore completes, you get a notification on iCloud.com and an email at the address on file with your Apple ID."
