I need a copy of my Mac receipt

FYI, that method only works if:

1) you bought the device directly from Apple (at a physical Apple-owned Store or through Apple's online Store) and

2) within the last ~ 18 months.

If more than about 18 months you can try calling Apple's phone support to see if they can help get one. No guarantees there.

If you bought through a reseller, only that dealer can get you a receipt.

Following tip could help your issue.

1. Go to ReportaProblem.apple.com from your favorite browser on your MAC or Windows PC.
2. Login using your registered Apple email ID and password.
3. In the scroll down list find the order you want a receipt for.
4. Select the order you want the receipt and then click on “View Invoice”
