If your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes, it is best to reach out to Apple Support for assistance. They will be able to provide specific information about why your account was disabled and guide you on the steps to enable it again. Here's how you can contact Apple Support:

1. Visit the Apple Support website (support.apple.com).

If your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes, there could be various reasons behind it. Unfortunately, as an AI language model, I don't have access to personal account information or the ability to check specific account statuses. However, I can provide you with some general information on why an account might be disabled and how you can try to resolve the issue:

1. Violation of Terms and Conditions: If you have violated the terms and conditions set by Apple for the App Store and iTunes, your account may have been disabled. This could include actions like unauthorized purchases, sharing accounts, or engaging in fraudulent activity.

2. Payment Issues: If there are payment-related problems with your account, such as a declined credit card or unpaid balances, Apple may disable your account until the issues are resolved.

3. Security Concerns: Apple may disable an account if they suspect unauthorized access or if they believe the account has been compromised for security reasons.

To get your account enabled again, you should take the following steps:

1. Contact Apple Support: Reach out to Apple Support directly for assistance. They have access to your account information and can provide you with specific details about why your account was disabled and help you with the necessary steps to resolve the issue.

2. Provide Required Documentation: If requested by Apple Support, be prepared to provide any necessary documentation or information to prove your identity and address any concerns they may have.

3. Follow Apple's Instructions: Apple will guide you on the specific actions you need to take to enable your account again. This might involve updating payment information, resolving outstanding balances, or addressing any security concerns.
