Nano 6th Generation

I just got my old Nano out and it is not recognize that the device exist on my itune software. When I log in and go to device and says that I have no device. But my computer recognizes my Nano Just updated all software and still not luck. Can anyone help me?

If you're having trouble with iTunes not seeing your iPod as expected, the steps in here may help: If your computer doesn't recognize your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support


While that link is for iPhone and iPad specifically, the troubleshooting steps would be similar. Please give those a try and post back if you see any improvement.
