My Apple Watch series 8 will not record wrist Temp

I was having the same trouble and played about with the focus settings - watch was recording sleep patterns ok but not temp

i then turned off the do not disturb focus setting as I had that set to come on the same time as sleep setting an made sure on my watch that it was in sleep focus mode and it worked 👍🏻

Is your sleep focus set up correctly with track sleep enabled?

I am experiencing the same issue. All settings are enabled & have been for several months, read the manual-phone & watch meet requirements, iOS updated, tried all troubleshoot suggestions with the exception of “starting from scratch”-searched the FAQs, etc. Do I just need to cave & call support for help?

I’m also having this problem. I do have my sleep focus set up correctly, and it is automatically scheduled. I’m getting my other sleep data, but not wrist temperature.

In the health details for wrist temperature, it indicates there’s no data source connected. Not sure if that factors in at all.

Today I took the additional step of adding the Watch app to my allowed apps in my sleep focus (I had no apps before today).
