Troubleshooting a Disabled Account:
Is your Apple ID disabled? If so, you need to reenable your Apple ID. Do so by contacting Apple Support.
Start Here: If a Message Says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTune' - Apple Support'.
So, what to do...

Let Apple know about this, and let them know where you had purchased this. Apple would most certainly look in to this.
