Apple Watch beeps at 12:29am and 4:59am every night

My apple watch has recently starting beeping each night at 12:29am and 4:59am. It's not an alarm, it's a series of 10 beeps, 2 fast beeps, then short pause, then 2 fast beeps.

I have followed the instructions for unpairing my watch, no change.

I also disabled all my "focus" setups.

This is incredibly frustrating. Who can help?

The beeping pattern you described on your Apple Watch at specific times is not a standard or built-in feature of the device. There are a few potential reasons why your Apple Watch may be producing these beeps:

  1. Alarms or timers: Check if you have any alarms or timers set on your Apple Watch that are scheduled to go off at those specific times. Open the Alarms app on your Apple Watch or the Clock app on your paired iPhone to review and manage any active alarms or timers.
  2. Third-party apps or notifications: Some third-party apps or notifications may have their own alert sounds or reminder settings. Review the notifications settings on your Apple Watch or iPhone to see if any apps are configured to send notifications at those specific times.
  3. Connectivity or sync notifications: Sometimes, the beeping may indicate a connectivity or synchronization issue between your Apple Watch and iPhone. Check the Bluetooth connection between the two devices to ensure they are properly connected. Additionally, verify that your Apple Watch and iPhone are running the latest software updates.

If none of the above steps resolve the issue or if you cannot identify the source of the beeping, I recommend contacting Apple Support or visiting an Apple Store. They can assist you further in diagnosing the problem and providing appropriate solutions for your specific Apple Watch model and software version.
