Unknown Windows Virtual Machine on M1 MBP

Hi all,

I recently scanned my machine with DaisyDisk and it uncovered a virtual machine for Windows 10 x64 which I don't believe I have ever installed.

The file path is as below:

MacHD > Users > (Username) > Virtual Machines > Windows 10 x64

Does anybody know where this might have come from and whether or not I can delete it? It's currently 12.31GB and is listed as a 'package' in finder. This package contains the following files:

Any help would be much appreciated!
