I am trying to cancel a trial subscription that was on my iphone

It say I have to cancel the trial subscription in my iTunes & App store/Apple ID account settings. I cannot find it there.

If it's not visible by following the steps in the support document you posted from, then you don't have a trial that needs to be cancelled.


All active and recently cancelled or expired trials and subscriptions will appear in your Apple ID settings.

If it's not there, then there's nothing you need to cancel.


You may need to wait for a cancelled one to expire, if you are trying to change countries however.
