I had this before yesterday, but was able to resolve it (by logging into iTunes). Then yesterday (June 30) rolled around and I couldn't do that anymore (Apple ID doesn't exist, even though when I tried using my original Apple ID email to create another one it said it was used).

So here I am on July 1st with a new Apple ID. I have a feeling a lot of legacy (pre-2018-2019) Apple IDs had this happen. I noticed new ID creations automatically get mfa/tfa by default.

I thought I lost my new ID too when I tried to log back in to apple music, but I think that's due to the inactivity in iTunes kicking me out. (I know I typed pass in correctly, but it gave me the ID and/or Password is incorrect error). I logged back into iTunes then went back and logged into apple music (android) and it gave me the subscription error with the subscription thing (under account) said try it free until I backed out and soft restarted.

My original Apple ID has the same issue as yours can't get into iTunes and Apple Music using it so, yea the only option for both of us is to contact apple support like the initial reply says. I do feel it's an issue on their end for both the former and latter in my case (lost access for my legacy Apple ID and the booting my new ID from iTunes after iTunes is inactive for some time also booting me out of Apple Music on a different device and the only way to resolve it is to come home and log back in to iTunes).
