Airpods pro 2 connect perfectly with Iphone 13 pro. But when connected to apple watch 8 airpods only work one at a time. I have tried everything to remedy this, nothing works. All devices are up to date, charged and clean.

My apple cellular watch series 8 does not connect to both airpods pro 2 at the same time. Airpods pro 2 work great with iphone 13 pro. I have tried all the remedies I could find online: update, reset, reset networking setting on iphone, restarted all devices. Airpods are clean, all devices are up to date. When I first set up watch with airpods the airpods both worked perfectly with watch. Please help.

Hey csbirdhi,

We'd recommend reviewing this article as it provides steps to help resolve pairing issues with AirPods: Use AirPods and other Bluetooth accessories with Apple Watch - Apple Support

"Get help

If you can’t connect your Bluetooth accessory or it won’t reconnect:

  1. If you see Airplane on your watch face, Airplane Mode is on. On your Apple Watch, tap Settings > Airplane Mode, then turn it off.
  2. Make sure your accessory is fully charged and powered on.
  3. If you see the accessory in Settings > Bluetooth on Apple Watch, but you can’t connect, use the steps above to unpair the accessory.
  4. Try to pair the accessory again.

If you need help connecting or using a Bluetooth accessory with your Apple Watch, contact the manufacturer."

If that doesn't help, we'd recommend contacting Apple Support for further assistance here: Get Support

Thanks!
