Why can’t I transfer my apple cash to my bank? It keeps saying to check the right card if it’s the right one and it is and it still won’t let me transfer my money. What do i do?

Yea I have. I’ve used my apple cash before and transferred my apple cash money to my actual bank account too.
It says, “ Cannot transfer money
Please confirm your account and routing numbers are correct before transferring money to your bank”
And everything is correct.
