My son turned 13 years old on the 26th. I’m trying to share an Apple card, but I can‘t add it. I get a message saying that I’m not yet old. My screen says I‘m 13 years old. My son’s iPhone also shows that he is 13 years old. How can I solve it.

Update the birth date associated with your Apple ID - Apple Support
Region mu be set to US too
Change your Apple ID country or region - Apple Support
After correcting Apple ID age etc. you should force restart your iPhone.
Force restart iPhone - Apple Support
Both iPhones must be on latest iOS.

Is your son using your Apple ID or his own?
I went into the settings like you said, and both my son and I have the same settings.
We also have the same date of birth.
But I don't know why it won't add the Apple card.
It works for Apple Cash.
My son has his own ID.
