Siri suggestions leads to downloading podcast app

Why does Siri suggestions have me download the podcast app when I clicked on maps to download. It seems to do do that with any apple apps I deleted on my phone then later, want to reinstall it seems to lead to the podcast app. If I don’t have it downloaded. Hoping I explained it right but it’s weird to me. I’m just wondering why
