If on lockdown mode, can others still see your iPhone location?

The documentation doesn't specifically mentioned anything about location data, but I would presume yes this would either stop location sharing and/or prevent anything from requesting your location.

This is not a feature to mess around with / test. Please only use Lockdown Mode when you legitimately believe or know you're being targeted by hackers and other cyber criminals. Within Settings > Privacy & Security you can see what apps are using your location and disable it from there. Within Privacy & Security, you can grant/revoke access to any application on your device utilizing iOS features (You can revoke tracking, camera, photos, microphone access, and so much more).
